Weddings and Parties

The Barn, along with our Garden Room and the lovely garden, are ideal for afternoon and evening receptions for weddings and civil partnerships. These areas offer great flexibility – for various forms of seating layout, catering, entertainment and dancing. Available for Friday or Saturday bookings.

We can offer an ‘exclusive use package’ on occasional Sundays. Please enquire if you would prefer this option. It includes, the Barn, the Garden Room and Kitchen and sole use of the top and bottom garden areas.

We can offer a range of options for parties and dinners, to suit the size and style of your event.

Capacity

• For sit down meal: Max 100
• Some tables, mostly standing/dancing: 130 Max

Our Wedding Package includes

• The Barn Annex, for storage
• The Stage
• Chairs and tables laid out to your requirements
• Shared use of the Garden
• The Centre Bar 

Optional extras include:

• Soft Drape curtain to cover the raked seating (lovely if you string some fairy lights behind)
• Microphone and stand (sound can be controlled from the stage with mini mixing desk) music can be connected through the desk from your device. (speak to us about Music licences)
• Small display stand for photographs

DJ – Sound and Lights

The stage is available for you to bring in bands and DJs for your event.

Bar

We stock all quality brands i.e. Gordon’s, Smirnoff etc. Along with a stock of local craft gins, served with Fever Tree tonic, plus Prosecco and a choice of wines. If you have any special requests our friendly team are happy to discuss them with you.

Pricing

We offer a range of packages including welcome drinks, table wine and a toast drink. If you would like wine of your own choosing, we will be happy to oblige, however it is likely to entail an extra charge. Or you can simply opt for a pay as you go bar. We are a community facility and keep all our prices reasonable. 

For parties in The Garden Room the Centre bar can provide a bar package. Please speak to us about your requirements.
