A witty and poignant comedy-drama by Shelagh Stephenson, The Memory of Water follows three sisters who reunite at their family home following the death of their mother. As they sort through her belongings and memories, old rivalries, long-held secrets and very different recollections of their childhood begin to surface.
Funny, moving and sharply observed, the play explores family, memory, relationships and the complicated ways in which we remember the past.
