for the Community Centre
whether of money, objects, materials or skills
Our details are on the contact page
One of the ways we raise funds is by holding large community events at the Centre.
As well as raising money for improving the facilities, these events are widely enjoyed by the many local people who attend and participate.
Please click on the images opposite for information about the Southwick Beer Festival and the Christmas Fair.
We use a variety of other activities to build up funds for improving our buildings and equipment. For example:
We also invite cash donations from companies, clubs and individuals - for example, to sponsor a cask of ale at our Community Beer Festival, or to contribute towards new improvement projects.
We receive no public funding for the running of the Community Centre, which has to be covered by the income received from users of the Centre. And when it comes to renewing and improving the facilities, we depend heavily on fundraising and donations.
